With more than 20 years recruitment experience, Michelle is the co-owner of PTL Global Services, starting the business and providing recruitment services to the nursing industry in Queensland for over eight years, she then moved into the mainstream area of Engineering Services recruitment including Executive Search. During this time Michelle has been extensively involved in recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Corporate, Mining and Oil & Gas Operations, EPCM, Major Projects in Mining and Oil & Gas. Having strong greenfield experience in bulk recruitment for major projects, Michelle can provide assistance and knowledge within these marketplaces, frequently providing specialist advice to her clients as required. This knowledge extends to international assignments across the globe as well as Australia. She has built up a strong network of skilled trades internationally and is acknowledged by candidates and company clients for her assistance and advice.
