Head Chef Position

As Head Chef, you’ll lead all aspects of the kitchen operation while maintaining exceptional food quality, developing your team and driving operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring the kitchen brigade
  • Managing kitchen operations and daily service
  • Menu execution using premium local ingredients
  • Food costing and labour management
  • Kitchen rostering
  • Stock ordering and inventory control
  • Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
  • Training and developing chefs and apprentices
  • Working closely with senior management to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Chef Position

Our client is also seeking an experienced Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and is passionate about producing exceptional food.
