PTL Global Recruitment was founded in Australia in 1996 to meet the specialist needs of clients and candidates within the healthcare sector. As our capabilities and global reach expanded, we evolved into a leading international recruitment agency. Michelle Norman
Director, Operations – Australia
Michelle brings more than 20 years of recruitment experience and is the co‑owner of PTL Global Services. She began in the nursing sector before moving into engineering and executive search, and has since recruited across engineering, manufacturing, corporate services, mining and oil and gas, and major project environments. With extensive experience in greenfield and bulk recruitment, both in Australia and internationally, she is recognised for her industry insight, global networks, and trusted guidance to clients and candidates alike.
